Let's Beat Diabetes Open Day and Information Sharing Workshop

On November 6th 2007, Counties Manukau DHB held a national open day for all DHB's, PHO's and Ministry staff interested in the Let's Bet Diabetes (LBD) and Chronic Care Management (CCM) Programmes. The objective of the day was to share our experiences in designing, implementing, supporting and evaluating the Let's Beat Diabetes and Chronic Care Management Programmes.
